I can’t tell how pleased we are with Sydney and this dealership. We live in Michigan and were looking for the best deal we could find on a used Volkswagen Beetle. We found one at IDE Volkswagen. We found a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle with only 11,250 miles on it in pristine condition. We called and Sydney was our sales agent. We put money down on the car and they held it for us. We arrived the next day to find the car detailed with a full tank of gas. Sydney went above and beyond to make this experience a happy one for us. We are so happy we saw the add.
