Suntrup has an all-star team. Blaze is the man. We’ve got two leased Jettas with his help and additionally purchased a 2021 Atlas. In a global pandemic it amazes me how hard they are working to ensure the safety of their patrons and to make sure the quality of service is provided. My journey started with receiving a mailer about some offers since it was Blaze’s 5th anniversary. The Atlas has been on my radar since it’s inception in 2018 and no better time to crunch numbers again since we (my family) was looking at consolidating to Chevys we had into one vehicle. I filled out a form online, the next day Collin called and answered a few questions I had and then set an appointment for us to work with Blaze (since we had worked with him on previous leases). I’d done all my research, asked questions, did a test drive, and then the numbers were nearly spot on with my estimates for our trade-ins and the final numbers were perfect for our budget! Adela made all the legal jargon make sense, broke things down and honestly was just a pleasure to converse with. She was the icing, Blaze was the cake. I’m always impressed with VW from the sales team, finance to service. 10 for 10, I highly recommend. More

He didn't pressure me, talk down to me, or constantly ask "Are you sure you know what you want?". He listened to what I was saying (which as a 22 year old female doesn't come often) and looked for ways to get the car I wanted. He made the whole process so easy for me, from walking on the lot to signing the paperwork. He explained the confusing and lengthy legal jargon in simple words so that I could feel confident in what I was signing. He even sent the car to be re-washed so that I could drive off the lot in the best looking car possible. He went above and beyond every step of the way. A total 180 from the other car salesman I had dealt with, I have only great things to say about Blaze. Thank you for making my first time car buying experience one to remember! More
