I called about our car and talked to Blanca Benitez who was clear in explaining everything to me. We love the idea of putting a down payment on the car because then there was no pressure to hurry to see the vehicle. Once we were at DLR, we were welcomed by Blanca and the vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to view. (They had popcorn, water, and a kids area for our kids to wait while we inspected the car.) We decided to purchased the vehicle and Blanca was quick about all the paperwork. She was also very patient and kind with our kids. DLR gave us great offers on pricing and interest rates. We would highly recommend Blanca and DLR to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Excellent Car Shopping Experience My friend and I were searching for a "baby wagon" since there is a new born in the family. We called to verify the vehicle we wanted to see was still My friend and I were searching for a "baby wagon" since there is a new born in the family. We called to verify the vehicle we wanted to see was still available, talked with Blanca who said the vehicle was available and she would meet us when we arrived. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist who called Blanca. Blanca came right out, showed us the vehicle, and arranged a test drive. After the test drive, Blanca took us to her office and gave us an overview of the vehicle and the buying process. In a relatively short time, we had purchased the vehicle. The entire experience was handled courteously and with a very high degree of professionalism. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf in completing the loan application to secure the financing, explaining all the forms that required my signature, and making the transaction process go so smoothly and seemingly effortlessly on my part. Blanca, thank you very much for your help and guidance. Best car buying experience ever. More

Best car buying experience ever I bought a Jeep Wrangler on June 3rd from Blanca. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was exactly as I bought a Jeep Wrangler on June 3rd from Blanca. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was exactly as described and she was even able to get me a better deal than we had previously discussed. She worked with me for 3 months until we could find the perfect car, and she never showed frustration with me and stayed professional the entire time. Everything she told me she would do, she did. She was up front about the whole process and I was driving away in the vehicle in less than two hours after walking in the door. She came in on a Saturday, which happened to be her weekend off work, to work around my schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to give her a chance to help. She is honest and goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. Definitely more than I expected from a car salesperson. I will use Blanca for my next purchase More
