I had an outstanding experience at Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell. Their inventory was impressive, with a great selection of vehicles. I walked in knowing what I wanted, received immediate attention, and was met with a level of professionalism and honesty that made the entire process seamless. Blake Nunn, the salesman who assisted me, was exceptional—friendly, highly communicative, and professional. He made sure I was well-informed throughout the entire process and was instrumental in making my purchase smooth and stress-free. Steve, the sales manager, was equally upfront, honest, and professional when discussing the truck’s pricing. I appreciated his transparency, and at no point did I feel like I was being misled. Pedro, the business manager who handled the final paperwork, was extremely professional, clear, and patient, taking the time to answer my questions without rushing through the process. I ultimately purchased a 2025 Chevy Silverado and felt completely confident in my decision thanks to the exceptional team at Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell. The dealership is well-managed, easy to communicate with, and highly effective in providing a top-tier customer experience. I look forward to returning for service, not only due to the warranty but also because of the trust and confidence I have in how this dealership operates. More

Booked a half hour appointment for a quick remote start install. Was there over 3 hrs. Was told there was a kk g wait getting in. (I thoughts that’s the reason we booked appointments. Was told over the pho install. Was there over 3 hrs. Was told there was a kk g wait getting in. (I thoughts that’s the reason we booked appointments. Was told over the phone my old key fobs would work once new remote was added…. Once there am told they’re deprogrammed and won’t. Was told they would easily get the remote start synced w the my Chevy app and after asking 3 times if they’d be able to, speaking g with service, then sales, then Sales manager, left without it being done and told I could call GM. None of them knew how to add it after the fact. Extremely disappointing experience overall. More

First observation- inside and out was spotless. Blake Nunn (salesman) was outstanding. He couldn’t do enough for me and met all my customer needs. Very informative.
