Blake went above and beyond to meet me and my vehicle needs. I was concerned about a noise that my vehicle was making being kind of loud like a souped up sports car. I was there for over two hours for a simple oil change service. My car never got washed because I told my advisor Blake Neely I didn't want to wait any longer. I was grateful he got me out of there when he did. They never reset my dashboard so all the lights on my car dashboard are still on like I never came. The quality control I've found at BMW of Sarasota to be very poor. More
