Had a 10am appointment on Tuesday August 30 2022. Arrived on time. I was there for a 30,000 mile service on transmission which is drain and replace fluid. I also was within 60 miles of my 3yr 36000 Arrived on time. I was there for a 30,000 mile service on transmission which is drain and replace fluid. I also was within 60 miles of my 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper warranty going out. The service writer told me the pan had to be dropped to drain fluid I should change filter as well as fluids and also that I needed to service the reared and transfer case along with air filter and cabin air filter. I also told him I live 2hrs away and I would be waiting on my vehicle. While waiting I got on the internet and researched the service interval and I was right it is fluid only at 30,000 miles and the transmission does indeed have a drain plug. Also the transfer case and rear end is to be checked at 30,000 miles not changed. at 1120 I go outside and look to see if they had started on my truck and thankfully my truck was still sitting outside and they had not started on it, but you would think since I had an appointment for 10am and was waiting on it. I immediately told the service writer to bring me my truck, If they don't have enough since to know the service interval or whether there is a drain plug then I don't want them anywhere near my truck, would not recommend this place for service. Cant speak for sales because I have not purchased a vehicle here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. More

Mary was amazing!! She followed us throughout the entire process as she was aware we would be traveling from California to purchase this vehicle. She never missed a beat. Mr David called and ensured that all documents were signed properly. Seeing as though we came approved from our bank there was very little for him to do. What I found a little disheartening Was that the actual sales man made no attempt to meet with me upon my arrival. I’m sure he was compensated in some way for the sale but upon my arrival he never showed his face after spending over 80K on a vehicle a simple thank you would have been nice. If this is their policy and he was not the actual salesman then I apologize for the negative comment but if I’m correct. Maybe one ones for online purchases and the other one just took the information and gave it to her. If so that would have been nice to have known to prevent this long statement. Also the managers did not take the time To thank us for the sale either. I understand that they are a big dealer with a huge inventory but remember that is based upon people like me driving and flying across the country to purchase the vehicles. A quick hello welcome and thank you is all it takes. I can’t expect too much more from The salesman when he’s following the manager. Lastly no one was rude because they just weren’t there. Thank you so much again Mary!! We love our truck! More

I hope my experience was not the normal but the exception. It took me over 24 hours to get my car. The salesperson was not the problem but the lack of communication between service and the way they exception. It took me over 24 hours to get my car. I visited this dealership some years ago looking to purchase a car. My boyfriend and two young children went with me. I found a car that I wanted to purchase and after test driving the car, I decided t purchase a car. My boyfriend and two young children went with me. I found a car that I wanted to purchase and after test driving the car, I decided to buy. I came to the dealership with $13,000 cash money(I later learned not to do that, but that cashier's checks are the best way to handle such transactions. While the transaction was being completed, I was asked to step into an office with one of the salesman and complete some other "final" stuff. We chatted for a little..he left the office and came back a few minutes later to tell me that I was short $300.00.(I had counted my money over and over and knew exactly what I went there with) I exclaimed to him that no I was not short $300.00 And demanded he give me my money back..Things got pretty heated..they ended up calling the police on me. I was crying...my children were crying..The police arrived and would not listen to my side as I tried to explain that the salesman had stolen $300.00 from me. The police even attempted to taze me, but my boyfriend stood in between the officer and myself and refused to allow the officer to taze me.(Somewhere in all of this I got my other money) but other officers arrived and we were ultimately told to leave the premises.. But before we left the salesman went into an office and came out and gave me $300.00... Now if you did not steal my $300.00...why would you just GIVE me $300.00... this was a very traumatic experience for children and myself as well..I will never do business with these thieves again!! More
