I’m from California! Came out here with my family a couple years ago. I love to be active but I won’t turn down a nice relaxing day. I’m working my butt off because I’m trying to start a family!

I seldom write reviews, and if I do write a review it’s a good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my f good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my first time buying a car on my own, so of course these people were going to try to take advantage of me, so I brought my dad with me. Before I get into detail, while I was waiting for the financing to be approved, someone backed into the rear panel of my car and made a GIANT dent in it. No one said anything and I didn’t notice until I got home the same day. I immediately messaged Josh G my salesman and he was weary thinking that I hit something on my way home and didn’t seem like he believed me. I told them to check their cameras and when I brought the car back to get it fixed they never told me what happened so I assume one of their employees did it. Now trying to get this dent fixed took about a month, they made me drive to the dealership 5 SEPARATE TIMES which is an hour away from me, just for the dent guy to eventually come to me and fix the dent. The last time I drove over there Josh finally felt bad and offered to fill up my gas tank, which I had just filled up before I drove over there. That was the only thing he offered to do for inconveniencing me the whole month. Anyway, while the salesman Josh G was telling us about the car and the ad that we saw, he tries to tell us right from start that there’s an automatic $1,500 “dealership package” that I have to pay for adding to the total price of the car. My dad demanded we didn’t want it and he said it’s not negotiable, it’s their dealership’s policy as to why they priced the car so cheap online. Obviously we can’t argue with that, we believed and trusted he was telling us the truth. Fast forward to signing the paperwork with just Chris (the finance manager) and myself in the room, he is flying through the paperwork, I didn’t get a chance to read anything - plus who reads ALL the fine print on these contracts anyway? I sure as xxxx will be from now on. One of the last things I had to sign, which was on an iPad was talking about their “dealership package” and clearly stated that it was OPTIONAL and was NOT required to purchase a car. The only reason I found that out was because I read reviews online after the fact and read all these horrible reviews. And turns out they scammed me just like every other person who doesn’t read the fine print and trusts the dealership isn’t lying to your face. Next, I initially did my financing through them so I could get the car that day, I then ended up getting my own financing through my bank a couple days later. The loan amount was for more than what it was when I was doing my financing through them and I didn’t catch it until after I made my first payment and realized how much the loan was. I then reached out to Chris and he admitted he messed up and left the GAP insurance on and he should’ve taken it off. So basically he owes me about $1,000. Fast forward, 3 MONTHS LATER and I STILL DON’T HAVE THE MONEY HE OWES ME. First of all, I live about an hour away from this dealership so its not like I can pop in and say where’s my money. Chris dragged me on for literally 3 months making excuses as to why my bank hasn’t gotten the check. I called around TEN TIMES to ask to speak to the general manager who conveniently is “in a meeting” EVERY TIME YOU CALL. And they ask to leave a message and for him to call you back and of course he doesn’t because he knows people are pissed off at the scam business he is running. My dad and I finally drove out of our way to go tell these people they owe me money and where is it but we still didn’t get it. They said it will be here in a couple days but I don’t believe anything they say. If possible AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SCAMS. It’s unfortunate there are people like this in the world and made my first car buying experience AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. More

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

I made an attempt to purchase a used car from this dealership after going back it felt like I was stuck in a Seinfeld episode where all sorts of unwanted fees were magically added. The fees magically dealership after going back it felt like I was stuck in a Seinfeld episode where all sorts of unwanted fees were magically added. The fees magically added over 30% to the price that was originally listed. The sales people won’t even honor prices that they have listed on there website and auto trader. If I were you don’t waste your time or hard earned money as these people don’t respect there customers More

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 defer Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 deferred payment. I was told that this dealership did not take deferred payments because they had been burned in the past, big surprise? That is the first time I have ever heard a dealership not taking deferred payments, so we declined the deal. Next day we managed to come up with the full $800 so we decided to call back and get this deal rolling again, was told by Allen to come on down and they would take care of us. Made our 2nd trip down there, which was a good 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Allen was nowhere to be found, was greeted by a third associate who basically told us that he had jumped the gun and there was no finalized deal yet. He apologized and said that his manager would get to work on this for us and would give a call first thing in the morning. Today I received no phone calls, figured they are busy and I would call them first. After the usual telephone runaround, I finally get a callback from a manager Reuben an hour or so later saying he was personally working on this and would call me back asap. I made several calls back throughout the day, keep getting the same excuse they are working with other customers, and would get back to me. Apparently these customers are more important than me! Finally get a call back from a Blake, some 4 hours later, he had taken the initiative himself since all of their managers are either incompetent or too busy for me. I was told that someone screwed up, the original deal was never going to happen because the bank would not work with me unless I had a cosigner with perfect credit. At this point I am extremely pissed because this has been a huge waste of time. I still managed to ask politely if they would at least fill up my gas tank to make up for their constant screw ups. Blake is about as fake as you can get. He starts to get snarky with me and says my managers won't do that for you. That's fine I only lost what $50? Meanwhile, I showed this review to my friends, family, and another 100+ employees I work with at Amazon. Your loss! Update: 1 week and no response from the owner or management. More

Good selection of cars but too bad they work on commission Nice dealership with good selection. We ended up purchasing a 2019 Forte. Due to some confusion caused by initially looking the car up on my Ban Nice dealership with good selection. We ended up purchasing a 2019 Forte. Due to some confusion caused by initially looking the car up on my Banks website we had several salesmen working with us. We moved to the area from Hawaii so I started my search online. When we actually went to the dealership for the 1st time I explained that I started on line but hadn't actually worked with anyone other than telling The person who called me i was not able to come in yet. When I got free time my family went to the dealership and that is where we meet Al who brought Tim over to us for a test drive. The next day we went back to look a few things over but Tim was in another test drive so Liam assisted us. By the time Tim came back Daryl already told us we were his customer because we started with the internet division. As a customer I don't really care how the game is played, I just want to buy a car. That is why I like dealerships that aren't commission based. The final salesman we worked with was Mr Craig. I felt he was a stereotypical medium to high pressure cars salesmen. At one point after he asked why I wouldn't fill out the credit request I told my wife, Daryl was going to lose the sale for the dealership because of his approach. I had already told him we are purchasing a home in Gilbert and didn't want to have multiple credit inquiries until we decided which car to buy. He ended up being a little better towards the end which is why I gave him a 4 not a 3. Although we only worked with Liam briefly he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about his product. Tim was actually the person we took a test drive with. I felt he got the worst part of the deal because he lost out on the sale when the dealership said i was the internet's customer because I started there. More

I visited the showroom with the thought of a test drive I had no plans to purchase a car that day, as I just assumed I would need to do a private sale of mine; Matt presented a final offer that far exceeded I had no plans to purchase a car that day, as I just assumed I would need to do a private sale of mine; Matt presented a final offer that far exceeded my expectations. Tom is courteous, respectful, still learning. Matt stepped in to assist and got the deal done. Blake helped with UVO setup and in explaining some of the electronic features. I love my new Soul EX although still learning about all the features. More

The sales associates were good at listening & allowing me time to look. Upon almost leaving, putting off getting into a new ride as I had done many times prior, Kylor & Blake made me a deal I wasn't willing to walk away from. The wait time for finalization was lengthy, but Blake was good with acommodations & reassurance. Even conversed with my 14 yr old son, which is difficult for most! Thank you:) More
