Believe me I have been in some nightmarish dealership trying to purchase a vehicle, Blake did a great job helping us with the transaction as well as Dean everyone was very professional as well as yourself. You can forward this email to upper management as I do not have their email address. They need to be aware when their employees make a positive impression on their customers, especially a customer like myself.
