The salesman (Blake) was very kind and understanding when I ran into problems. He was great. However, the rest of the team I dealt with was not pleasant and actually had an attitude with my mom and I. Basica I ran into problems. He was great. Basically, they mispriced a car (said it was $21,000), I agreed to purchase it, and then they come to me and say “oh we’re sorry, it’s actually $27,000” They wouldn’t negotiate the price in a fair way considering their mistake. Then they finance it and say my payment will be $600/month. I said ok thank you but no thank you. Then all of a sudden they miraculously were able to finance it at $380/month. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I still purchased the car as I was really in a bind to find a car after my recent car accident. I doubt I would come back here, and won’t be recommending them to anyone. They did ultimately include a free maintenance plan for the troubles, which is appreciated. More
