Colton was awesome and made the process enjoyable! The dealership as a whole could have done a better job of having things finished prior to the day of purchase. I was coming from out of state and was The dealership as a whole could have done a better job of having things finished prior to the day of purchase. I was coming from out of state and was told it would be a quick exchange. Ended up being 5 1/2 hours and not the best experience. I wasn’t super impressed with Ford as a whole. Although, the employees were wonderful for the most part and I love the vehicle. More
