Only one person could answer any questions? The estimator. Very frustrating and not kept up-to-date. I was told approximately 10 days for my car and it took 25!! Doesn't seem to be enough help. Also my car had good size scuffs & scratches from your center and I had to wait longer than necessary again for someone to look at my car and then get it buffed. Who wants to take a car in to have body work done only to pick it up with more body work needing to be done? All in all disappointed with my service. More

Paint work done in collision center. Damaged a different area - requires me to bring it back. Interior dirty - they cleaned it. Seat belt didn't operate correctly - took 2 times to fix. Turns out the battery cable was loose and the terminal cover off. Fortunately didn't fall off the engine. More
