Went for 1 new car, left with 2! Blair did everything he could to make sure we were happy and satisfied as we had to but a car to replace one that was totaled earlier in the week. Bob spent almost 3 hours with us talking models, options, etc. All this after we told him we were just looking. Bob called us a few days later to see if we had questions. We returned a week later to look again. Bob gave us his undivided attention that night as we narrowed down our options. We finally came to a decision about 30 minutes to closing time. Bob stayed with us until we finalized our purchase two hours later! Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to work with him again. More

A Good Experience I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Overall, the experience in dealing with personnel was very good. I was surprised by a couple of minor things tha I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Overall, the experience in dealing with personnel was very good. I was surprised by a couple of minor things that I found wrong with the vehicle once I arrived home in Duluth, MN. I was told at the point-of-sale that the vehicle had not been in any accidents nor had any known damage. I did find, however, that the under portion of the front bumper had apparently been scraped severely by someone running it too close to a curb while parking the vehicle. Also, the "deflector" had been damaged. I called the dealership and they said they had no prior knowledge of the damage and ordered a new "deflector" for me at now charge. I still have a concern for the bumper which has some small visible damage to the front and weather or not the paint will begin to peel over the life of the car without a repair/replacement. But as I said at the beginning of this write-up, am pleased with the total experience and would recommend this dealership as well as purchase another vehicle from them without hesitation. More

Awesome Customer Service I was amazed at the friendly customer service I received at Jeff Belzer's. Bob helped me find the perfect car for me. He explained the pros and cons I was amazed at the friendly customer service I received at Jeff Belzer's. Bob helped me find the perfect car for me. He explained the pros and cons between cars and leasing or buying. This was the first time I've had to shop for a car alone since my husband died, but Bob put my mind to rest. He felt like family and I didn't regret my decision. Then he introduced me to the rest of the family at Jeff Belzer's. What an amazing group of people. Kara was fantastic in explaining all of the financial aspects of the transaction. Blair was informative and did not make me feel like I had to pick any of the extras. Instead, he just gave me great advice. Alejandro was so kind in helping me set up my OnStar and iPhone. I know if I have any questions in the future, each and every one of them would help me. They totally changed my opinion about car buying and if I ever need another car in the future, I will give Bob a call to set up an appointment. Thank you for having such a caring group of people.
