After driving around all over town looking for a straight forward/ no strings attach deal, I came upon Subaru Carlsbad. William " Billy " Toolen greeted us at the door. I explained to him, what horrible expe forward/ no strings attach deal, I came upon Subaru Carlsbad. William " Billy " Toolen greeted us at the door. I explained to him, what horrible experience we had at the other Subaru dealer in SAN DIEGO. He made us feel right at home and no pressure tactics were deployed. With in 10 minutes he found the car that my wife wanted and we were off on the test drive. Afterwards, he explained to me the up front pricing-offers available and no heavy handed tactics-dealer mark ups were in place. He really listen to our concerns and we got a great deal on the CROSSTREK Will highly recommend this Subaru dealer and Billy ! More
