This dealership is a joke! We traded in a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado on April 2, 2020 and canceled the insurance on April 6th as we traded the vehicle to WestGate. On June 17th we received a citation from DMV Silverado on April 2, 2020 and canceled the insurance on April 6th as we traded the vehicle to WestGate. On June 17th we received a citation from DMV for lapse in insurance. After many phone calls we thought the problem was resolved until July 29th when we received a second citation from DMV because the issue with the dealership turning in our traded in vehicles tags had not been resolved. Its now July 31 & the Silverado we traded in shows as under our name in DMV, the dealership still has not turned in our tags! Don’t attempt to contact the dealership when an issue arises as NO ONE knows what’s going on. Please purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer who actually values their customers. More

Outstanding Customer Service I purchased a used Sprinter and the very next day the turbo went bad :(... This company repaired the Sprinter (over $2,000 repair bill) at absolutely I purchased a used Sprinter and the very next day the turbo went bad :(... This company repaired the Sprinter (over $2,000 repair bill) at absolutely no charge.... Amazing... When you purchase a used car "As Is" the minute you drive off the lot it is your responsibility... So I was extremely happy with Derick the sales manager who went above and beyond and had it diagnosed and repaired at no cost... Not only did I get a great price, but outstanding customer service. They definitely earned my business and I will be purchasing more vehicles from them. Grateful to find a dealership that stands behind their product, even when they are not required to do so. Thank you Sean in service for making sure my vehicle was 100% before I picked it up. Can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found this dealership. More

I knew this but after I got it I found that the car had all kinds of use in it Foot prints on the dash and someone had a party in the back seats. I went into finance office and was ignored I told the guy I had to go but he insisted on keeping me in this office I felt like I was robbed Tried to tell them about usage of my truck and it went on dealt ears No conversation was entertained from them I have never been treated like this I promise never to look on that side of the street when I pass by and will let each person from this day forward about this dealership I was robbed More

You want to know that your dealer will give their best effort in keeping you happy and building a good relationship. These things are why I like Westgate Dodge, and why I continue to do business with them. I would buy another vehicle from the dealership.
