Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

My sales rep was great. They gave me a qoute for a great price. Very quick responding to looking for what I was looking for. Offered to put a deposit down would not take it They gave me a qoute for a great price. Very quick responding to looking for what I was looking for. Offered to put a deposit down would not take it due to not wanting to cost others from buying the car I left. They are confident in their product and dont care if you buy only if you are comfortable moving forward. Also, once we moved forward very fast finishing the sale and financing offered but did not care if I took any extra warrenties. Visit them today. More

This is our 4th car we have bought from Annapolis Subaru. Can’t say enough good things about James Lyons , tom stancavage and Will the finance manager making us feel comfortable . Not a fan of the sales manager. Seems like a nice enough guy but didn't really negotiate the deal the way I anticipated. He used typical sales tactics to dismiss points I made.
