Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

Authentically friendly, No Hard Sell - No sales pitch at all I went to this dealership to test drive a couple different models and they were really great about it. I explained I was just in the exploration phase and Nicole Mulcare was completely fine about it. Later that day, went to a Toyota dealer to do the same and have a negative experience . . . pushy and salesy. So pleasant, I decided to buy my new Subaru Forester in part because of my experience with Nicole. Billy Sadtler, the finance guy, was funny, low key, and really lovely to work with as well. If you are looking to buy a Subaru, go here! And, I don't think I'll ever buy a car from a guy again. More

Never pushy and very good prices This is the third Subaru we've purchased from Annapolis Subaru over the past 10 years (two for ourselves and one for my mother-in-law). I always check with other dealers to see who will give me the best price, but Annapolis Subaru always wins out. This time we worked with Edward Rucker who gave us a great price on a 2015 Premium Forester. He let us take the Forester out on an extended test drive and then was very patient while we figured out what options we wanted. And then when we purchased the vehicle, he spent over two hours with us explaining all the features and showing us how to work the EyeSight system. He was great to work with as was the new hire, Kyle. We have also had our vehicles serviced with the dealer. Jason Janz has also been great to work with and though sometimes I think the prices are somewhat high, there is no pressure to get more work done on the vehicle. He just make recommendations and then let's us decide on what we'd like to have done. More

When I finally settled on a car, Ed walked me through everything I would need to know about the car and explained things in a way I could easily understand, and he has a great sense of humor to boot. Chris Kelly, the sales manager, was equally as friendly and helpful, and Billy Sadtler, the business manager, was absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend them enough! More

Amazing Service I bought my 2016 STi from Wayne Eppard on 7/15/2015. Long story short, the level of respect shown at this dealership is amazing. Wayne legitimately ca I bought my 2016 STi from Wayne Eppard on 7/15/2015. Long story short, the level of respect shown at this dealership is amazing. Wayne legitimately cared about what I was saying, and is a no-nonsense type of guy. Wayne always answered my questions, and ensured that I knew everything about my purchase as soon as possible. Upon purchasing my vehicle, Wayne gave me a tour of the dealership, including the service and parts department, giving me instructions on how to bring my car in for service, etc. It truly felt like I was being included in a family, and the whole process felt natural, with no pressure whatsoever. I'm a former military interrogator with two deployments, so I don't like being tossed around. Take it from me, this dealership takes care of you, and wants you to enjoy your purchase and your experience. I also dealt with Billy Sadtler, who was also very straight forward and a great guy to talk with. The parts department was also very friendly and quick to field questions and service. I can't recommend this dealership enough. If you're looking to purchase a car within 100 miles of Annapolis, it's well worth the drive to come see these guys. They'll take care of you and make you feel comfortable about your purchase. More

When I stopped by he was patient, prepared and professional, and we made further arrangements foe me to return with my wife the next day. on that occasion, we had my title and trade in with us and were able to drive our new car home that afternoon. I have since heard from both Erik following up on a couple of "We Owes" and from the dealership's general sales manager to make sure that I was treated fairly. More
