Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

Delayed Service Appointment This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I ca This was the first time my service has ever been delayed for such a long time (2.5 weeks). Since I was going on vacation and had gone 6000 miles, I called on June 7, 2019 for an appointment. After asking could they get me in anytime next week, the earliest appointment I could get was June 25th. I came back from vacation 2.5 weeks later, June 25, 2019, with my odometer showing 8000+ miles and asked what had happened that I could not get service. I was told, "We were very busy at that time." When I bought the car, I was under the impression that service should be performed every 6000 miles. Perhaps I am wrong. Normally, I can get service in less than a week, so this appears to be an anomaly. More

Wonderful I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with this dealership today. I brought in my Elantra looking to trade it in for a small I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with this dealership today. I brought in my Elantra looking to trade it in for a small SUV. We were helped immediately. Billy was unbelievably helpful in steering us in the right direction and finding a car I was both comfortable with and in love with. We worked with Jason for the remainder of the sale who was patient, thorough, and genuinely lovely to work with. He made us feel comfortable and accommodated all while displaying wonderful efficiency. Bob in finance made the last leg of the sale pleasant and painless. Overall my experience here was simply wonderful and I am a very very happy and proud Subaru owner!! More

The website was easy to use, when I found what I wanted (or at the time thought I My experience with Annapolis Subaru was great from start to finish. The website was easy to use, when I found what I wanted (or at the time thought I wanted), the staff (Jason Kuffler) was able to get back to me in a short amount of time. He was able to give me all the information on the vehicle I was looking at PLUS other options in my price range that I hadn't considered. Because of this extra effort I was able to get something that I didn't think I would be able to get with more added features. When I went for my test drive, I was greeted at the door by a smiling Boston Terrier and soon after met by Jason. He walked me through the features on the car and was able to answer all of my questions before we went on our test drive. When I returned, the leasing process was quick and painless. Bob Carroll in the finance department walked me through all of the paperwork, making sure I understood everything that was put in front of me and that I was comfortable with everything I signed. I would recommend Annapolis Subaru highly and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More
