The Good (Salesman) and the Bad (Used car Manager) The Good: Our salesman, Billy Potts was outstanding. He was attentive, understanding and informative. The Bad: The used car manager at the Waterford location was demeaning to our sales person, rude to us (my son and myself) and the my Credit Union loan officers (2). His is a reason not shop there in the future! As we were completing paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle he taps our sales person on the arm and tells him to get up, so he can sit down. As I wanted to put a depot down on car he was more concern that he didn't have the vehicle available to show rather than a potential sale. Was rude to both Loan officers who contacted him needing information to complete the sale. He will hinder future sales at Golling with lack of professionalism. More
