Wonderful and Pleasant Experience!!!!!!! From the first minute that we pulled onto the lot, and got out of our car, we were met with a very polite greeting from a salesman, Nick Dimitris, who From the first minute that we pulled onto the lot, and got out of our car, we were met with a very polite greeting from a salesman, Nick Dimitris, who turned out to be a jewel. He was totally professional, knowledgeable, and so very patient with all the questions that my husband and I asked about any vehicle on the lot. We informed him of what we were looking for and he helped us to pinpoint the correct vehicle for us. We were very comfortable with the whole negotiation process, and he was so patient and understanding when we decided to "sleep on it". When we called him back the next day to finalize an agreeable price, he took care of everything and had the papers ready to sign soon after our arrival at the dealership. I was impressed with how personable he was and actually the whole dealership, from beginning to end. Hyundai of Asheville – brilliant and exceptionally friendly I had an excellent experience leasing the car I wanted in the conditions I was looking for, with a brilliant salesperson at Hyundai Of Asheville, Dari I had an excellent experience leasing the car I wanted in the conditions I was looking for, with a brilliant salesperson at Hyundai Of Asheville, Darion Burgess – exceptionally positive, clear, responsive and cordial. I did my research online, came clear about what I wanted, and found Darion, along with the rest of the team and the whole process there, both pleasant and flexible as well as creative enough to enable solutions, and deliver the deal I was looking for, in a friendly and effective way. I was equally impressed by Ryan Nazionale, the Internet/finance manager who handled the closing of the contract. Also very friendly, knowledgable and responsive – the kind of guy you’d want to close the deal in a graceful way, leaving you with a taste of a desirable long term business relation. Also very helpful and solution oriented – Drew Swaim, and a clear and personable general manager, Billy Hill, obviously driving an effective team there. A cool dealership, responsive and without the usual pressure – lined up to deliver results in a comfortable process. This was my impression of the day and of a follow-up visit since. When we moved to Asheville, we were anxious to know if we could get the same level of superior sales and service to which we were accustomed in our pr When we moved to Asheville, we were anxious to know if we could get the same level of superior sales and service to which we were accustomed in our previous location. Hyundai of Asheville exceeded our expectations and excelled beyond all of our prior experiences with car dealers. Robert Braswell (Internet Sales and Leasing Specialist) and Billy Hill (General Sales Manager) were a breath of fresh air in contrast to the slick tricks and high-pressured tactics often characteristic of car dealers. Robert and Billy were professional, honest, and respectful. They let us know in a friendly manner that they wanted to earn our business, and they outperformed all other dealers in the Western Carolina and East Tennessee region. The service and finance departments have also been excellent. We very much enjoyed meeting with Shannon Hudson, Finance Director. Again, he applied no pressure to buy extended warranties or other options. Like Robert and Billy, he was simply direct and very professional. We've had our other Hyundai serviced here, and they did excellent work at an affordable price. My positive experience at Hyundai of Asheville has been my only major consumer purchase that was headache-and-hassle free, and I look forward to great sales and service at HA in the future. It's been a year, still satisfied! I realized the other day that it will be a year that i've owned my hyundai very soon. This was the first car and only car so far that i've bought from a dealership, and no complaints. The team at Hyundai were real easy to talk to about my many questions on buying a car and never once got impatient. I even got the pleasure of being a salesmens first sale, in reward i got to cut the tie he was wearing that day. Thats a pretty cool ritual. Very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of Asheville I bought a used vehicle here and something went wrong a few weeks after. Anticipated much better Sales/service I anticipated much better sales and service based on their reputation. We agreed on a purchase (placed a deposit) provided my mechanic did not find a I anticipated much better sales and service based on their reputation. We agreed on a purchase (placed a deposit) provided my mechanic did not find any defects and they were able to clean up/recondition as promised. My mechanic found the airbag system inoperative and the complete spare tire system missing, mounting bracket & all, plus there were some minor body repairs. They had purchased this auto at the auto auction. When these needs were noted to the salesman, he said that they would be taken care of. Over the course of FIVE weeks a different salesman would intermittently call me or I called him on the progress. Finally, It was ready, I was assured that all of the repairs were complete, I could come pick it up. Yes, the repairs were completed! When we arrived, the body repairs were made, the airbag light no longer stayed on, but they had to try to find a spare tire and the convertible top lock down wasn't repaired. Two significant items that we discussed on numerous occasions during the five weeks. I requested and received the return of my deposit. A round trip to the dealership was 80 miles. More
