After having a horrendous customer service experience at the Ford dealership in the morning, it was a breathe of fresh air to deal with the employees at Hyundai of Asheville. Excellent customer service and a very competitive price for my trade and new Santa Fe Sport. Unlike the earlier experience these sales guys actually listened to what I was saying and didn't get into the old fashioned used car salesman high pressure tactics employed by other dealers. I would highly recommend them as a dealership and the new Santa Fe is a knockout. More

I went in just for a test drive of the new 2013 Sante Fe Sport. I did not plan to buy immediately. Bill Griffin came out to meet me within minutes of my arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features and performance. He wanted me to clearly understand the differences between the Base 2.4 and the 2.0T models, so we test drove both. He explained the features of the various options packages and the safety features. I was impressed with the overall value of the SanteFe Sport. They had a model on the lot with the specific packages I was interested in, so we started to deal. Bill and Sales Manager Billy Hill were skillful negotiators, but we were able to work out an attractive trade-in price for my 2011 Kia Sorento. I drove home in my new Hyundai More
