No upsell...just very upfront with what it needs and what has been done in the past. The dealer I bought my 2018 RAV4 Hybrid has been fine but my experience here for service is better despite it being a bit further away. Well worth the trip. I might add that while I waited, I inquired about a new car and was offered a test drive. Sales person was very relaxed and realized I was exploring a future purchase and was completely at ease about it. I like working with people who are more focused on being helpful and friendly. Definitely a great dealership all around. More
