This is the fast and easy car purchase I have ever experience. As a woman of color and coming in skeptical I was not open to buying because of a bad experience the week before. Enters Bill Urbanski, w experience. As a woman of color and coming in skeptical I was not open to buying because of a bad experience the week before. Enters Bill Urbanski, with absolutely no pressured I told him what I liked and what price range I wanted to stay in. Instead of wondering from car to car he sat down and looked at what was available. AND to both of our surprise there sat a Cadillac XT4 with 21,000 miles and price at 23K At this point I felt respected and valued as a customer. So, I relented and went on test drive and immediately loved it. I was trading in my baby a Lincoln MKT of which I had for 7 years and had all the bells and whistles. But the XT4 missed some of those things but it made up in other ways. It is new, RED, affordable, and had some of the amentias I was use to. The rear gate is manual, the car pay requires you to plug in to the car; and it does not have remote start. Other than that it is a complete upgrade. I waited to do this review to ensure I was giving a honest review. When meting with the finance manager he was kind and personable. He really worked with me and got me a stellar deal. Again, it was the smoothest car buy process I have ever experience. I will definitely revisit this McDonald GMC Cadillac on my next purchase. If you are looking and want to experience a place of value this is the place to come! More
