Absolutely the worst experience ever. We purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover—after having it inspected by a reputable auto body shop—that it had been previously total We purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover—after having it inspected by a reputable auto body shop—that it had been previously totaled. We have the report and photos to prove it. The vehicle was structurally unsound, held together by just two bolts. Had we been in an accident on the way home, it could have cost us our lives. Instead of suing, we gave them another chance. They offered no real options except one truck as an even exchange. Now, that replacement truck needs over $3,000 in repairs because the heat doesn’t work. The earliest service appointment they gave us was a month out, and now they claim our warranty expired—by just 200 miles. Conveniently, that one-month delay let them off the hook. This dealership is unethical and dishonest. I am currently reporting them to the state, the BBB, and every consumer protection agency I can find. Do yourself a favor: RUN from this dealership. They took 500.00 from us just to evaluate the heat situation. They wouldn’t even waive that fee.! They are DISHONEST DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS.
