After dealing with DCH Honda, I am now a life long customer because they are the best. Everyone here is so friendly and easy to work with. It was my first time leasing a car and they made it easy and seamless. They truly try to work with your budget. My sales consultant, Harold, was very informative and knowledge as well as super friendly and courteous. Matthew Hunziker also worked with me and went above and beyond. Matt is the absolute best! He was so easy to talk to. I bought my car during the chip shortage. It was quite challenging since inventory was low and prices were at an all time high. I had just had a baby and felt my Nissan Versa was getting old. Thanks to the team at Paramus Honda, I was able to lease a 2022 Nissan HRV. I also worked with Paul who was super helpful on informing me all there is to know about leasing a car since it was my first time. He was so easy to talk too. While I’m sure they have other wonderful people/teams, these are the two people we worked with to get our new Honda CR-V! Dynamic Duo” of DCH Honda! While I’m sure they have other wonderful people/teams, these are the two people we worked with to get our new Honda CR-V! Both went above and beyond to get us our new vehicle the same day that we showed up (which was late in the evening). It was so refreshing to get an amazing price/deal without the infamous “well, I’ll have to go ask my manager if we can do better” BS. Literally the first dealership I’ve ever dealt with that did not use that line. They gave me such an incredible deal/price from the beginning that I didn’t even have to think about trying to get a better price. The fact that they came through in this climate of “no cars available” with the exact car we wanted, in the color we wanted, at the price we wanted, and got it ready for us to drive out of the dealership with that night, surpasses any experience I’ve ever had. I would give them a 100 stars if I could! More
