Worst service experience ever. I told them if they needed to order a part that I would bring my truck back when the part came. They said it wouldn’t take very long and asked if I told them if they needed to order a part that I would bring my truck back when the part came. They said it wouldn’t take very long and asked if they could keep the truck there. I figured that would be fine if it was only a couple of days. Eight days later — after many calls because I had to deal with someone different every day — I get a call saying they had ordered the wrong door handle and the problem didn’t get fixed. If I say I need my truck back, just give it back. Mistakes happen. But they made it far worse by telling me it would be done, then taking extra days, then screwing up. I won’t be back. More
