The issue has been resolved, it did take another trip to dealer on Saturday when the a/c quit again. The good news is it seems to be finally fixed, the dealership kept it an extra day to make sure it was cooling and so far the a/c has been working well. Bill did apologize and worked hard to ensure my car was really taken care of.
