I've bought a lot of new/used vehicles over the years, and let me tell you, buying this truck through Bill and team at Long McArthur over phone & text messages was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Way easier than in person purchases I've made, surprisingly. I live in ID and there were no Lightnings with the specs we needed anywhere nearby. There was a decent one at my local dealer that we test drove, but we didn't like the color. We were looking for the red version, since my wife has wanted a red truck since she was little. Aside from that, we really wanted some key safety features that aren't available on some trims. Bill listened carefully and didn't try to convince us to get something else, or something more expensive, etc. He knew that we knew exactly what we wanted and helped make it happen. Throughout all my interactions with Bill Rogge and Alex Gershon, I felt like they had our best interest at heart, while also providing a lot of helpful info when it came financing, warranty, and accessory options. We never felt too pressured into anything at any point. Our phone/text conversations were straight forward and efficient, and they both answered the million questions I had about the truck and the process of having it delivered and registered and charged. The truck was delivered to my house within a few days after I signed all the papers and we are very happy red truck owners! More

Watching, Tim Bartz (Ford Video Guy), of LMF was instrumental in understanding and ensured great communication and transparency about the ordering process. Tim’s videos over the last year set high expectations of meeting this team and both Bill and Tim help set a friendly atmosphere. Customer service The absolute best customer service ever!! After a car accident near Junction City, KS, I had no way of getting back to my home in Western Kansas. My h The absolute best customer service ever!! After a car accident near Junction City, KS, I had no way of getting back to my home in Western Kansas. My husband called Bills Rogge at Long McArthur and asked if he could have a car ready for me when I got to Salina. My Lincoln was towed to Salina and I rode with the tow truck. Not only did he have a car ready for me , he was there waiting for me at 6:00 p.m. to make sure I was okay to drive home and said to keep the car as long as I needed it. We went back the following Wednesday and bought the car. Their customer service is beyond compare!!! More
