Service was great. Availability was awesome. They were able to get me in on short notice and the oil change and tire rotation took 90 minutes just like they told me it Availability was awesome. I never would have known about it if GM didn't send me these physical letters. I emailed all the info to Peter five weeks ago....... No response. I emailed Bill from service two weeks ago regarding more problems I see with my 2024 Trax LEMON. Again, no response. I'm so sorry I bought my car there. If you expect a reply in your lifetime, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
