Duane Green gave excellent work as our service tech this past week, he was thorough and patient to answer all my spouse's questions and concerns. The maintenance performed was also top notch compared to ot past week, he was thorough and patient to answer all my spouse's questions and concerns. The maintenance performed was also top notch compared to other services centers we have visited. Also we really enjoyed working with Bill Quaday for BOTH Camry and Avalon purchases, a very helpful salesman with whom we gained trust. Also honorable mention to Abdi Ibrahim who help close the paperwork on our Avalon purchase. He actually drove the 30 miles round trip to our home to gather signatures for some paperwork that was needed a few days after purchase. That really helped us with our usually tight schedule! We have come to appreciate the very competent & professional staff we have met so far at Luther Brookdale Toyota as our repeat business shows. More

Overall it was a good experience. I got the vehicle I wanted, the service was overall good, the dealership was clean, and I was always greeted immediately at the front desk. The only thing I couldn't sh wanted, the service was overall good, the dealership was clean, and I was always greeted immediately at the front desk. The only thing I couldn't shake was the sales approach. The sales person was partly unprofessional and didn't seem to want to want to help us, but rather find ways to exploit the buyer, get the sale, and move on. Never were we offered water once, in the either times we were there. The sales person didn't have a problem drinking it in front of us despite the hours we spent there. We had to get our own. In short, I felt like I got the stereotypical sales person. Not saying they are all like that there. The sales person I dealt with, I felt that person was just seeing in what ways could they exploit the buyer, rather than actually helping me and answering my questions. The person was a different person once the buying part started though. Outside the informational meeting, everything else was a great experience. More
