This is my third time leasing a car from Richard Lucas Subaru, and working with Nick on a deal, and the experience with everyone at the dealership was as friendly and hassle-free as ever. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision, and I felt like I was listened to when expressing my need-to-haves and nice-to-haves. Nick is a true gem of a person, who was up front and honest through the entire sales process, and even remembered a side chat we had three years ago about an aspirational watch I had hoped to buy. I also worked with Greg on the numbers, Vinny on the paperwork, and Bill on the delivery, and all of them exceed anything I could have expected from folks "on the other side of the table". They were more than fair when evaluating my trade, and were easy to work with when I threw in a couple of 11th hour curveballs before closing the sale. I have Subaru dealerships much closer to where I live nowadays, but I continue to come back because of the way I'm treated here. More
