I've purchased 5 trucks at Lenz and this time was treated so poorly I will NEVER buy anything there again. Bill Patterson just ignores all attempts to get things corrected after the sale. They only care about making the sale then they are done with you. My truck that was traded in had a hitch that their shop would have to remove and send back since they are 2.5hrs from me. Bill said they would send it back but here we are a month later and countless emails and calls but still no hitch. Additionally, when I picked up my 2023 F250 at close to closing time, they had to washed it which was nice but it made the scratches in the front driver and passenger window not noticeable. The next morning I saw them and reached out to Bill Patterson. He claimed their service department would reach out and get it set to be taken care of. These scratches are so deep they can actually be felt. The two windows at Ford would be $1400 to replace. They have avoided me and all contact to correct this issue. They should be embarrassed to treat any customer let alone one who has purchased 5 vehicles and owns a company that requires 2 trucks every 3-4 years. I would Advise purchasing elsewhere. Very disappointed with Lenz in general. More

Bill and his team have been a bright spot in the process of purchasing my new vehicle. I purchased out of state and Bill had my vehicle delivered to my door within a few days, Bill has been responsive and e of purchasing my new vehicle. The Finance Person gave me rates that were not factual. I have good credit and for one specific bank the rate he gave me was 2.0 % points higher then when I called the back myself. The bank stated that Lenz truck did not pull credit so not sure how they determined the rate, Car not ready for pick up when I arrived. Detailing had to done again. In addition the car had recalls that they researched only after I told them about the recalls. I understand I bought a used car, a 2023 from a truck center so I accept some downgrades but the Finance person made me feel like I was being swindled. Not a good experience, More

They claim to inspect all vehicles and have a Lenz Guarantee promising no surprises for the customer. Well I had only put 100 miles on the truck once home before finding a big puddle under the rear of Guarantee promising no surprises for the customer. Well I had only put 100 miles on the truck once home before finding a big puddle under the rear of the truck. I ended up needing to have the rear pinion seal replaced costing me $800. I fixed that and just chaulked it up to bad luck. After another 50 miles on the truck the engine light came on. I had 4 different turbo codes. I got a hold of the salesman and his response was he would have service contact me. I live 5 hours away so that really wouldn't do me any good but I waiting a week for their call and it never came. The owners have a video on the website about the Lenz Guarantee and if there is any issues to co tact them and they would handle it for me. So I called and left a message and emailed, but never got a response. I ended up needing to have the turbo actuator replaced as well as the turbo nox sensor. This all cost me another $1800. At this point I have drove the truck a total of 150 miles once home from the dealership and I've had to put almost $3000 into repairs and no response from the dealership owners. My local dealer told me that when the engine code is cleared it can take 5 to 10 key cycles before the code pops back up so I'm betting the turbo codes were cleared prior to me purchasing the truck. I feel like the inspection before my purchase was the service department hiding as many issues as possible and the so called Lenz Guarantee is just a guarantee not to find the issues until it's too late. I wish the dealership would have stood by their Lenz Guarantee or at least acknowledged I had an unforseen issue and did anything to try and make it right. Instead I was ignored. Not a good way to run a business. More
