Bill has been honest and not harassing as other salesmen can be, by running to you as soon as you pull in the parking lot. He gives you time to look and is there when you need him to answer questions and finish the sale. He has been the only reason we continue coming back to Lobb for our car needs. We brought a used car and everything we ask for he did what he could to take care of our concerns. We will see how the service department stacks up from our past car buying experiences. The reason I gave the dealership a 4 star is because of their service department. When we brought our Tundra we received free maintenance for 2 years. Once the 2 years were over my husband started the maintenance, he then noticed there were bolts missing and not tighten when he went to change the oil. Along with waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-up line to receive help and I had an appointment (why do you have someone approach you then have to deal with someone else to get your service done). This was over a year ago so I hope they got with the program. Any way Bill Jenkins is great and wish they had more salesmen like him. We don't know what we are going to do when he retires. More

Issues with finance department Abraham, Steve and Bill were wonderful and helpful. Never bought a care before and they made me feel very comfortable! However, ow having some issues with through the finance office because, according to the credit union all paperwork could have been done at dealership, but because of the process the finance guy chose make, we are now having a very long paperwork process with our credit union.
