Prior to getting any car for us to look at, he really took the time to understand our wants and needs. Instead of shoving us into a Limited, Bill truly listened to us. The first car he brought to us we fell in love with! He ran the numbers, and it was higher than we wanted. Rather than playing hardball like every other dealer we have come across, he was 100% truthful and continued to go back and forth between his manager until we were at a price my husband and I were comfortable with. I've purchased plenty of cars, but buying from Bill was easy and the least stressful purchasing experience to date! We'll go back to him again in a heartbeat! Once it was time to get to the financing, Faison took great care of us. Not only did he answer any question we had, but he was great with my two young girls.
