I wish my experience was a good one. ..I had gone to the dealership to buy a new car/ new to me vehicle due to my old car was a total loss. Originally, I tried to do everything on line, b ..I had gone to the dealership to buy a new car/ new to me vehicle due to my old car was a total loss. Originally, I tried to do everything on line, but was told that the car advertised wouldn't be received for another three weeks...and every other option on their website even filtering for in stock options, the sales person kept saying we will receive that in two weeks. I then opted to go in person and physically see what was in stock...found the car I wanted, took it for a test drive and was eager to close the deal. That's when the shenanigans began... Although the car had a placard that said it was a 2022 and only had 11k miles on it, it turned out that it was a 2021 and had 22k miles on it!!! Even looking past this, after getting my down payment, they had me waiting over three hours just to see the finance guy...Oh did I mention I was there at 9:00am to start this process?? After finally getting in to see the finance guy after being in the dealership for 6 hours at this point...they offered me a interest rate of almost 9%! This in spite of me having a 750 + credit score and a substantial down payment... They did a good job of wearing me down physically and emotionally so I would just want to get out of there under any condition... This was the worst buying experience I've ever had in all of my years of being a driver....not that they weren't polite and respectful, it was the bait and switch plus massive delays....and they still haven't responded about the missing key and cargo cover... More

Best dealership experience I have ever had. I had Called around 1 million local dealership to lease a car last year in April. Everyone was short trying to push me into some thing I didn’t want and I was having no luck. I expanded my search 40 minutes away from my house called Curry Toyota. Dawn answered the phone, was pleasant knowledgeable polite and funny I was sold. I went into the dealership was greeted by friendly faces given an honest and very well curated experience. From the first time you call till you deal with Ron in finance you feel like a VIP not a “mark”. I walked out of there a very satisfied and happy customer. My wife recently wrecked her Volkswagen Tiguan and there was only one place I knew I would go. She got a 2021 Prius prime certified preowned and again the experience was phenomenal. My father-in-law will soon be in the market for a new vehicle and again there’s only one dealership around you should go to Curry Toyota. The manager John also is an individual who do anything to keep his customer satisfied because that is what they are about. Their team is phenomenal facilities clean and fast if you are in the market for a car there is no place better.
