I called and spoke to Dan in service. he got me in that day with no appointment and had me on the road 2 hours later. They also found a turn signal bulb out & replaced it right away. Best Car Buying Experience I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience wh I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience while I debated what kind of vehicle I wanted. He was with me through the whole process and showed me how to operate the car before I left the lot. I didn't feel pressured nor did they treat me any disrespect. This is my first Mini which I have wanted for an extremely long time, the car was exactly what i had been looking for and the price was right in line This is my first Mini which I have wanted for an extremely long time, the car was exactly what i had been looking for and the price was right in line with my budget. I was extremely impressed on how i was treated and Bill my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was not overbearing and was a sincere pleasure to work with. My financing was taken care of by Ms. McDonnell which I was in and the deal was closed in 15 minutes.
