The service dept broke a part on my new truck while installing a bed extension. They let it go until I as the customer spotted the broken part requiring me to bring back my truck. Then they found they installing a bed extension. They let it go until I as the customer spotted the broken part requiring me to bring back my truck. Then they found they had to order the part that they broke, requiring me to bring my truck back yet again to instal the part they broke once it was received. More
