I made arrangements with salesman Carl Gilbert to test drive the Raptor on Saturday morning, June 30, and immediately made a deal for the truck. I picked it up and drove it home on Monday, July 02, and couldn't be happier with the new truck. I feel like I received a fair trade-in price for the truck I was planning to trade in. Overall, the price of the Raptor was within the price range I was willing to spend. As anyone will tell you, I would rather pay less... always, but at this writing I am very satisfied with the deal we were able to agree upon. Lease 2018 MKX Jason provided me information about the 2018 MKX lease and there was a Black interior and exterior, which from previous lease he remembered that would Jason provided me information about the 2018 MKX lease and there was a Black interior and exterior, which from previous lease he remembered that would be my preference for a new lease. We drove the 2018 MKX and completed the lease within a few hours. He arranged to have the car washed,, the interior dusted, and had the car filled with gas and then proceeded to give me a tutorial while I was in the drivers seat. Jason also moved the car seat from my previous car to the new car and helped me transfer all of my belongings. He is very personable and helpful with his clients. I’ve also stopped in just this week to drop keys off and he offered to have my car washed and do a detailed cleaning on the interior and exterior of the 2018 MKX. He has excellent communication skills , reads the client and makes every effort to make my experience when visiting Campbell Ford pleasant. More
