Communication could have been a little better to confirm all paperwork was in order prior to me showing up to close deal. I was 100% online buyer and was disappointed to learn upon showing up that the infor all paperwork was in order prior to me showing up to close deal. I would say the car washes are not what I was told they would be when purchasing my vehicle. Also, the tech/service center lost the locking hub key for the tires and I still don't have one.
