He's now been in the automotive and trucking industry for over 20 years with stints in service and parts, and his extensive knowledge has been on display at First Team since 2009. Bill appreciates that First Team will go the extra step to make things right for their customers. Bill has been married for 30 years with two grown children, and his hobbies include golf and working in the yard.

Customer service at its worst. Every one I spoke with has an attitude. My car was supposed to be done in 4 hours so they wouldn’t give me a rental. 3 days later they still can’t te Every one I spoke with has an attitude. My car was supposed to be done in 4 hours so they wouldn’t give me a rental. 3 days later they still can’t tell me of my car qualified for the recall. Finally got a call that the car was ready 5 days after dropping it off. Guy goes to get my car from the lot and it won’t start! They jumped out off and handed me the keys refusing to investigate why it wouldn’t start. 3 hours later I’m started with my 2 kids because the car wouldn’t start when I cut it off. I will NEVER go back. More

Everyone gives you their best southern charm, but no one actually wants to help you there. When I bought the car the salesperson asked me "what do you want to know about the car?" Can't ask what I don't k actually wants to help you there. When I bought the car the salesperson asked me "what do you want to know about the car?" Can't ask what I don't know. Someone was supposed to show me all the car features but was busy and said "bring it in Saturday and I'll go through it." I come in and he's busy so he gave me the quick version and asked "what else do you want to know?" Had to do a lot of my own research. I've brought that xxxx car in 5 times now complaining about the monitor freezing, even provided a video, and was told they couldn't fix it unless it pulls a code or happens while there in the shop. How was the video proof not enough to at least check wires? I very much regret every minute of owning this car and can't wait until I can get rid of it and get anything else from anywhere else. More

My car was in the shop for a month and a half and part of the problem on why there was such a delay was because of “staffing”. I had to leave work early to go to the dealership every week to get a new renta the problem on why there was such a delay was because of “staffing”. I had to leave work early to go to the dealership every week to get a new rental agreement .I had to get some items out of my vehicle after being told that it would be there a while longer and not given a date that it would be fixed, after it was already there for about a month and I found a letter on my windshield stating that it was illegally parked on private property and would be towed at my expense from Mr. Tim Wise. Tried to call him multiple times to let him know that his coworkers were the ones who parked it “illegally” but received NO response. I’d be embarrassed too and wouldn’t answer if I put a letter threatening to tow someone’s car not knowing that they didn’t park it there. You’d think someone who has a “Director Title” would at-least try to look into why the car was parked where it shouldn’t have been before putting such a note. More
