Bill was understanding, patient, and highly knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the 2025 BMW X5 and Bill's amazing service, I came back the next day to order one that had to arrive on the lot in 4 weeks or my return to FL plans would be delayed. Bill made sure that beautiful new car made it in time. Bill is fantastic, the dealership is friendly and welcoming, and the custom-ordered X5 is BEE-U-T-FUL.
