My relationship began with Client Advisor Bill Earnest over 20 years ago at Bill Jacobs BMW. I have had my cars purchased from Bill Earnest and Bill Jacobs has serviced them. This time was another excep over 20 years ago at Bill Jacobs BMW. I have had my cars purchased from Bill Earnest and Bill Jacobs has serviced them. This time was another exceptional experience. I had taken my 1998 740 iL there for service. The service advisor Brendon, and the shop foreman Joe and Daniel took extreme car of my car. Not only did they fix the initial reason I brought the car in for but they also without hesitation addressed a different issue based upon our long standing relationship. It is this type of customer service both from the sales and service that I keep coming back to Bill Jacobs. I want to thank the leadership at Bill Jacobs including but not limited to Brian Kosanovich and Erick Ryan who obviously cascaded the importance of customer service to everyone at Bill Jacobs who continue to implement it flawlessly. Thanks again for such a wonderful long standing relationship which began over 20 years ago with the exemplary customer interaction I had and continue to have with Bill Earnest.
