I started the process during Christmas time 2024, and he sacrificed a lot of his holiday time to walk me through every detail of the process. All other staff at the dealership are also very friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was the easiest one I had when purchasing a new car and no hassle at all, including the finance part which literally took only 15 minutes (Anna is the Finance Lady).
