Billy D. was absolutely fantastic in helping us purchase our Escalade. He helped us research each model. Painstakingly described each feature for us. While was absolutely fantastic in helping us purchase our Escalade. He helped us research each model. Painstakingly described each feature for us. While we were on the phone with him, he went out to the lot and took videos for us of the models he had available. He worked up the numbers on each one with multiple lengths of financing for the loan to ensure we were well-informed of the options. Despite all this work, we did not feel at all pressured to buy. He allowed us weeks to contemplate, but when we finally decided to purchase, we were out of town. Billy graciously offered to drive the Escalade to Palm Springs, CA for us and drive the trade-in back to Phoenix, AZ. I cannot say enough good things about Billy or how much trust and confidence he created. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you want to purchase a vehicle from someone who is patient, informed, responsible and forthright. Billy is also a car aficionado with decades of experience, so he is not just your typical salesperson that is focused on making a commission.
