Okay I would like to clarify a couple things about the review I left about my experience at Jim Norton Chevrolet. It was not aimed at Anthony Brinkley because he made sure while I was there things went as well as they could because I had spoken with him on the phone and text on the day I ended up there and purchased the van from Amber Brewster as the sales person. She told me while I was in finance she would gas up the vehicle and detail. So I assumed it would be detailed and filled up. It got washed and enough gas to move the needle to right close to 3/4 tank. After I came out of finance and Bill had called her to tell her our business was complete she came over and gave me my tag off my trade and my toll tag. Then handed me two sets of keys after a 45 second demonstration of how to remote start the Odyssey EX-L. No formal walk around. My entire dissatisfaction is with the business office and the sales manager that helped put the deal together and Bill Doyle for not calling me back after leaving two messages for him one on voicemail and one with another fiance person. But when I was there Bill Doyle was very professional. The customer service was non existent. If I could change the star rating for sales team I guess Anthony Brinkley would be 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐, Amber Brewster would stay the same at 2 ⭐⭐.
