Today I went to Jim Norton very discouraged. I had already been to 5 other car lots just looking for something that fit my needs, in the price range I wanted. I was so discouraged I was about to I had already been to 5 other car lots just looking for something that fit my needs, in the price range I wanted. I was so discouraged I was about to ask my husband to just order something on carvana(which I feel is so in-personal) but on my way home I decided to just stop at Jim Norton. Jeana Adams listened to what I wanted. She showed me a few cars before she found the perfect one for me. She was friendly, considerate, honest and so helpful then she walked me and my husband over to the finance department to meet with Bill. What a friendly man. He told us a few stories about his family while also making sure that we understood the warranties and extra coverages we wanted. As soon as we were done with financing we were walked back over to Jeana. She got in the car and helped us set up the instar and made sure that all of my husband's questions were answered. This type of customer service has been lacking these days and I will be a return customer! Jeana really made the purchase such an easy choice! I would recommend Jim Norton to anyone. Customer service was absolutely amazing!! Thank you! More

I met my wife at Jim Norton because she said she found the car she wanted, finally. Jeana Adam's was very helpful and explained all of the features on the Suburban and had our trade in valued then sent us the car she wanted, finally. Jeana Adam's was very helpful and explained all of the features on the Suburban and had our trade in valued then sent us to Bill. Bill explained the financing and all of the extra coverages for the car. Very nice guy. we then went back to Jeana and she sat patiently with Mt wife and helped set up the instar and made sure she was comfortable in the vehicle. I can't thank Jeana enough. I expected the car I purchased would be detailed and filled up with gas but it wasn't. It was washed off, and 3/4 tank of gas. Now for Jim Norton Chevrolet I traded a paid for 2016 Suburban LS in and h filled up with gas but it wasn't. It was washed off, and 3/4 tank of gas. Now for Jim Norton Chevrolet I traded a paid for 2016 Suburban LS in and have money owed to me it's now been 15 days and I have not been paid the money owed to me. I requested that Bill in finance call me or the used car manager and neither have yet to pick up the phone and call me. Anthony a salesman at the dealership told me that my deal had funded and the business office needed to finish their job and issue the check and I could be looking at 4-6 weeks. Not acceptable to me. Courtney, There is no reason you or the general manager can't identify me by my username. It's all over dealer rater but I can and will tell you that I am Terry Moorehead and you can have your GM reach out to me otherwise I am done going back and forth with this on dealer rater. Have a good evening I was surprised that anyone from the dealership responded. More

I feel like I am the only customer they have when Chris helps me out. He checks on the items I need, plans out my work and I am in and out as if I am the most important person to them.
