Along with many others, I had been looking for a new RAV4 Prime, and went to many Boston area Toyota dealers over several months. While no one had the vehicle I was seeking, I did receive come-ons such as pu Prime, and went to many Boston area Toyota dealers over several months. While no one had the vehicle I was seeking, I did receive come-ons such as putting money down to order a car from Japan or for vehicles that were surely arriving soon. As a Navy Veteran, I found several sales managers who assured me they always took care of Veterans. However, in those cases, I found that being “taking care” of meant asking for $3K - $7K over MSRP, along with modest offers for my trade-in, while still telling me how generous the offer is. After weeks of discouraging calls and meetings, I walked into Atlantic Toyota in Lynn, to find salesman Bill Dorfman and a shiny RAV4 Prime outfitted as I wanted and with 5 miles on the odometer. As I drove the vehicle, Bill had my trade-in checked out. When I returned to the dealership, Bill offered me a VERY fair value for my trade-in, which meant the bottom line for the RAV4 Prime was better than what I found elsewhere, and for a car that was in stock. When Bill took his proposed deal to the Sales Manager, Anthony Nash, for signature, I was prepared to be told more money would be required to close the deal. However, Anthony made sure the deal was defined in terms more favorable than previous and more favorable than I’d found elsewhere. The new terms also made sure I’d qualify the Massachusetts electric vehicle rebate. I picked up the car a few days later and found all parameters of the deal were exactly as I was told. I learned that Anthony is a Navy veteran as am I, and he made sure he “took care of” a fellow Veteran. While other sales managers “talked the talk,” Anthony made sure I was able to obtain the state’s rebate. I certainly understand that the dealer needs to make a fair profit while I want to get the lowest price possible. We clearly achieved this goal in my purchase. I learned that Atlantic Toyota is a family owned dealership that values relationships more than trying to squeeze the last dollar from every customer through tough negotiating and trickery—as it intends to establish long-term, repeat business with its customers. As I value being treated fairly and honestly, Atlantic Toyota has everything I look for in an automobile dealership. Ask for Bill and stop by to see Anthony, particularly if you’re a Veteran. More

Dearlership worked out the situation I wrote a review back in Jan and at the time was beyond frustrated but since then this dealership has corrected the wrong and we turned in the Highlan I wrote a review back in Jan and at the time was beyond frustrated but since then this dealership has corrected the wrong and we turned in the Highlander lease and now have a 4 Runner lease. My wife loves the 4 Runner so all is well. I also want to apologize to our salesman Bill. None of this was his fault whats so ever. More

Leased a Highlander Worst experience i have ever had at a car dealership.
