This is our 6th Hyundai from Dean Team and all 6 were with Sales Mgr., Andy Miller. I guess that kind of track record speaks for itself #Outstanding in every way and they make the whole experience fast a with Sales Mgr., Andy Miller. My car (2020 Genesis G90 with 27,800 miles) has been sitting in their parking lot 9 days and Bill Buchholz can’t seem to get it in to check why the check engine light is on and the car vibrates. It is m sitting in their parking lot 9 days and Bill Buchholz can’t seem to get it in to check why the check engine light is on and the car vibrates. It is my belief that since I called Genesis Corporate to check on this as a warranty issue and they assigned a Case Number, Mr. Buchholz is being vindictive and just letting my car sit, while claiming there are so many vehicles in front of me for service. I suggest if you buy a car here, as I did in 2018 by purchasing a new Genesis G90 from Dean Team, you better saddle up for lousy service and uncaring people when you have a problem. More

I recently bought a Hyundai Elantra working with Andy Miller. Andy spent all the time I needed answering questions, talking through the process and was very personable to work with. Separately, this dealership's service department with Bill and Bart is what brought me to this dealer in the first place. They have been great to my daughter with her Sante Fe and to me with the Sonata I replaced. More

The vehicle was not clean in the back and trunk. The vehicle maintenance light came on and I informed Brion who said he would have it taken care of. The vehicle maintenance light came back on when we got on the highway. It is still on. The windows were not wiped down. I hope your local customers receive better service. I really love the car, but got better financing from my credit union and was never offered more financing options. More

My wife bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from them in April. I noticed in May that's the brand new SUV was leaking oil at 1500 miles. Had a hard time getting the service department to get the SUV in to b April. I noticed in May that's the brand new SUV was leaking oil at 1500 miles. Had a hard time getting the service department to get the SUV in to be checked out!! Finally was able to get the SUV service and was told by the service department that there was a oil line not completely tighten doing the assembly of the SUV. Need I remind you that we couldn't get a loaner vehicle because none was available!! Two weeks ago 10/09)2021 I noticed that the SUV was still leaking oil again. Contact Dean team service department and again was having a hard time getting the SUV service or a loaner car!! Been on a list for two weeks to get a loaner vehicle because of the oil leak is really bad!! Had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise to back and forwards to work with my own money!! My sales rep Weldon said that is nothing he could do at this point too assist with this situation!! So now I have a brand new SUV sitting in the garage leaking oil everywhere waiting on Dean team to get this situation dealt with!! Too much money have been invested in this vehicle for us to be having this problem and to be treated so poorly by Dean team!! More

I Personally Will Not Buy Anywhere Else That's How Comfortable I Am With My Purchases From Here. I Cannot Say Enough Positive About Torrey Iannazzo He's Truly Top Notch When It Comes To Customer Service. He Even Came In On His Day Off To Assist Me. He Even Helped Me With Everything Again Today And Said Just Let Me Know If You Need Anything At All.
