My husband Tom, and I, had an excellent experience at Hardin Buick and GMC in Anaheim when looking for a new car. In our search for a 2024 GMC Acadia, we had been in touch with several GMC dealerships. Hardin Buick and GMC in Anaheim when looking for a new car. In our search for a 2024 GMC Acadia, we had been in touch with several GMC dealerships. Bruce DeLoye and Bill Bozarelos from Hardin GMC were our first points of contact. Both Bill and Bruce were honest, professional, fair, and genuine in all of our dealings. I would definitely recommend Hardin GMC and Buick to anyone in search of a new car. Thank you Bill and Bruce for your straightforward and personal care in providing us with excellent customer service from start to finish. My experience was not great. I got passed along Woody after I was talking and scheduling an appointment with Bill. Woody seemed uninterested, not helpful. The texting haggle over extras I did not want or need finally got resolved after several days. On the day of purchase, after waiting OVER AN HOUR (again, after having an appointment) was unprofessional. I finally had to leave to get some lunch. It was a waste of my friend's day who came with me. Bill kept apologizing, he knew it was awkward. When it was finally time to meet with the finance guy (don't even remember his name) I waited again in his office until he got off the phone *rude* He did not even stand up to shake my hand. Can I recommend this dealership? Nope. I was a return customer and that is the only reason I came in to trade in my old car. The very next day my tire pressure light came on! They didn't bother to check that it was low (27 not 35 psi) I took the car into my local dealership to have it checked it out because I didn't trust Hardin. I expected a better attention to detail. I ended up purchasing 2 new air filters to replace the dirty ones. I got a nice tutorial on the cars features from Harbor Hyundai. They took the time to sit in the car with me and go over some basics. I felt better after leaving them than I did leaving Hardin. More

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade on August 18th 2024. I really felt like i could trust the sales team. Jesse was great wonderful and very helpful. I told them i was coming down the next day after seeing I really felt like i could trust the sales team. Jesse was great wonderful and very helpful. I told them i was coming down the next day after seeing the car on Car-gurus. On Car Gurus the car was supposed to be a savings of about 2,600.00 but when I got there they had added on a Digital license plate which went bad before leaving with the car. And they removed two screws and put on a new one. I told them I didn’t want the Digital plate but they said it was to late it had already been installed 1,100 dollars. I didn’t mind so much when they added on the Karr alarm sys. But then they had another added charge of 500.00 for Car Shield that is the plastic strip that goes down the edge of the doors. It on Amazon for 17.50 for a roll. When i got home I realized that they didn’t actually put it on the car. They said they would send me a check for the car shield when my check cleared. Well on the 18th of August we gave them a check for 14,500 from CAR MAX and a check 29,000.00 that cleared on August 20th. Here it is September 14th and still no check. After singing the paper work They handed me one key and i said i needed the other key that they could not produce but would try and get ahold of the lease person and see if they had the key. Well here it is September 14th and still no key.That should have been told to me before signing but no Then one of the sales people said to and my wife that technically they don’t have to provide a second key. Beware buyers when you see the added equipment on the sales ticket turn around and tell them to call you when the add on’s will be removed this is a scam and how they can jack up the price that was quoted on Car Gurus. I went in the day after the purchase to the Hospital for three weeks with cancer and had to have my kidney removed when home could not find any of the bill of sale and extended Warranty . I called and asked for a copy and they said they would send it in an e-mail that I never received. You know my wife and I trusted these people but once you signed on the line they didn’t care buyer be ware. More
