First he is a real gentleman, courteous, respectful and very personable. He is also quite knowledgeable about his product. When I arrived at the dealership that day it was for an oil change but I left having purchased my new vehicle. I felt no pressure from Bill, quite different from the reputation given to car sales people. I felt that Bill was trustworthy and honest. These are 2 qualities that I look for in people and Bill earned my trust. Thank you Bill! More

The Best! I’ve owned or leased 6 cars over the last 15 years. All but one we’re from Toyota dealerships. Lia Toyota of Colonie has been by far my favorite deal I’ve owned or leased 6 cars over the last 15 years. All but one we’re from Toyota dealerships. Lia Toyota of Colonie has been by far my favorite dealership to work with. I just leased a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla and couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle! Since my lease end was approaching, I emailed the dealership through their website with my requirements for my new car-monthly payment, gas mileage, models I liked, etc. Within minutes, I was contacted by a very friendly sales person who set me up with an appointment for the next day. I met with Bill Boland, who I’ve worked with to lease my last two cars. He had everything ready for me and within an hour found me the perfect car! Right price, features, color, everything and the best part was that since Bill knew I was a teacher on break this week, he had the car ready for me on the same day!! I came to Lia a few years ago after another Toyota dealer told me what I wanted was not possible. Lia Toyota listened then and offered me a bunch of options to get me into the car I wanted! I can’t recommend Lia Toyota enough to my friends and family! They’re customer service is always above and beyond! More
