I was very pleased with the time it took for my oil change and tire rotation. I also was informed by Tony B. that I could take my Tuscan and run it thru the Wash Bay when I need to. Today was a rough day for my family and I. We walked into the dealership a little stressed. John Crawford”BIG JOHN” and his trainee were the absolute dopest. There was a situation that had nothing to do directly with the dealership. These two gentlemen made my family feel understood. Big John was not accepting any disrespect from the company that is always beyond disrespectful . I didn’t have to argue with anyone on the phone because BIG JOHN shut it down right away. My father is a U.S NAVY veteran and he was treated like ROYALTY. Thank You BIG JOHN!!!! See you guys soon. More
